If you also want to know how to make lychee wine, you can take a look at my detailed introduction to its brewing method below.

How to make lychee wine? How to make lychee wine

1. When making lychee wine at home, you must choose fresh lychees, preferably those that have been picked no more than 24 hours ago. In addition, the lychees used to make lychee wine must not have cracks on the skin, insect eyes, or corruption.

2. Wash the prepared fresh lychees with clean water, put them in a cool place to dry the moisture on the surface, then remove the peel, collect the pulp, and take out the seeds in the middle.

3. Prepare a large glass bottle with a lid, sterilize it with high temperature to remove all the water inside, then prepare 2000 grams of liquor, 300 pieces of rock sugar, and about one kilogram of lychees. Put the processed lychees into the prepared glass bottle, put a layer of lychees, a layer of rock sugar, and finally pour all the prepared liquor into the glass bottle, shake it vigorously and seal it with the lid.

4. Put the glass bottle containing lychees in a warm environment for natural fermentation. The lychee wine inside will be fermented in about 30 days. After opening the lid, filter the liquid with a funnel. This is the lychee wine you brewed yourself. Put it in a glass bottle and seal it. The taste will be more tempting after the second fermentation.

5. When you make lychee wine at home, you must use rock sugar. It is best not to use white sugar or granulated sugar instead of rock sugar, because the lychee wine made in this way will taste sweet. If you use other sugars instead or put less sugar, the taste of the lychee wine will be more astringent. In addition, the alcohol content of lychee 99 does not need to be too high. You can use high-quality sorghum wine with an alcohol content of about 35 degrees.
