When making red bean cakes, you need to prepare 200 grams of flour, 100 grams of glutinous rice flour, 300 grams of red beans, 10 grams of honey, 100 grams of white sugar, an appropriate amount of water, a little baking powder, and an appropriate amount of peanut oil.

How to make red bean cake

1. Wash the prepared red beans with clean water, then put them into a pressure cooker and cook them. Turn off the heat after they are cooked, take them out and drain the water.

2. Put peanut oil in a non-stick pan, pour the cooked red beans into the pan and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of sugar and stir well, and also evaporate the excess water in the red beans. Crush the fried red beans, add honey and mix well for later use.

3. Put the flour and glutinous rice flour into a basin, add baking powder, then add appropriate amount of water and knead into dough, then let it stand for a while.

4. Divide the kneaded dough into small even balls, put a little peanut oil on your hands, then press and fry the dough. Put the prepared red bean filling into the dough and wrap it into small pancakes.

5. Put peanut oil in a frying pan, heat it up, then put the prepared small pancakes into the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown. Take them out and absorb the excess oil with oil-absorbing paper. Put them on a plate, and the golden and soft red bean pancakes are ready.
