2. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Heat the oil in the pot, then add the minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the shredded green onion into the pot.

3. After the scallion shreds are fried fragrant, add the mushroom slices and stir-fry for two minutes, add oyster sauce, then add the onion shreds and bell pepper shreds into the pan and stir-fry for a while, add salt, and finally add chicken essence to enhance the flavor, then you can serve.
