1. Protect blood vessels

Grains with red, purple and black skin are good sources of anthocyanins, and barley and oats are rich in tail glucan. In winter, blood sugar levels are higher in Bupi Congee, while multi-grain congee has a positive effect on regulating blood sugar after meals. How to make spleen nourishing porridge

Method 1

1. Wash red beans, yam, water chestnuts, lotus seeds (core removed); wash red dates and remove the pits; wash coix seeds and glutinous rice, remove and drain for later use.

2. Light a pot on the fire, add appropriate amount of water, first put in glutinous rice, red dates, red beans, yam, water chestnuts, coix seeds, lotus seeds, boil over high heat and skim off the foam, then simmer over low heat until the porridge is done, then sprinkle in sugar and mix well, then it is ready to serve.

Wash the yam, peel it, cut it into pieces, put it into a pot, add appropriate amount of water and boil it over high heat, then simmer it over low heat until it is soft, add appropriate amount of sugar and simmer it for a while.
