How to make spinach and meat porridge

Method 1

1. Remove rotten leaves from spinach, clean them and chop them into fine pieces; wash the green onions and ginger and cut them into shreds.

2. Wash the pork tenderloin, remove the fascia, cut into small cubes, put into hot oil pan and stir-fry slightly, then set aside.

3. Wash the japonica rice, soak it for 30 minutes, remove it and drain it, put it into a clean pot, add 1200 ml of cold water, bring it to a boil over high heat, then simmer until the rice grains are soft, add the diced meat and cook until done.

4. Add shredded ginger, green onion and salt into the meat porridge and season well, then add spinach and cook until done.

Method 2

1. Pick and wash the spinach, blanch it in boiling water until it changes color, then remove it immediately and chop it into small pieces.

2. Wash the pork tenderloin, remove the fascia, and cut into thin strips.

3. Put the shredded meat into a bowl, add a little salt, mix it evenly with water starch, drizzle it with a little cooking oil and let it stand for 30 minutes.

4. Pour warm water into the machine.

5. Wash the rice, soak it for 20 minutes, pour it into a large stew pot and add appropriate amount of warm water.

6. Place the stew pot inside the machine, press the "Function" button to select the rice setting, then press the "Preset" button and stew for 1 hour.

7. After 40 minutes, cook the rice porridge until the rice grains are soft, then add the shredded pork, shredded ginger and chopped green onion.

8. Add spinach to the meat porridge, add a little salt and cook until done.
