1. Iron supplement

How to make spinach and pork liver porridge

Method 1

1. Wash the rice and cook it into porridge;

2. Slice the liver, blanch it, remove it, and rinse off the blood foam for later use;

3. Shred the ginger, chop the green onion, soak the wolfberry in water, blanch the spinach in boiling water, remove it and cut it into sections (to remove the oxalic acid in the spinach);

4. Bring the porridge to a boil, add pork liver slices, spinach, shredded ginger, add salt, chicken essence, pepper powder to season, add wolfberry, serve in a bowl, drizzle with a little sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Method 2

1. Soak the rice for an hour in advance. Boil a pot of water, add the rice, boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook until it becomes sticky. The ratio of rice to water is about 1 to 7. It is more time-saving and labor-saving to cook with leftover rice.

2. Soak wolfberries in advance and set aside.

3. Cut Tianfuhao's braised pork liver into several slices, and then cut it into small pieces or dices.

4. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a little oil and salt (to keep the spinach green and tasty). Add the spinach and blanch until cooked, about 1-2 minutes.

5. Take out the blanched spinach, squeeze out the water and cut into small pieces.

6. Add pork liver and spinach into the cooked porridge and stir well.

7. Finally, add wolfberry and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
