Lettuce with oyster sauce

1. Ingredients: When making lettuce with oyster sauce, you need to prepare 400 grams of lettuce, an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, a small amount of salt, sesame oil, chicken essence and a small amount of chopped green onion.

2. Wash the prepared lettuce and cut it into large pieces, then put oil in the pot and heat it to 80% hot.

3. Put the cut lettuce slices into the pan and stir-fry. After the lettuce changes color, add a small amount of water in the middle, and then add oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry.

4. After the oyster sauce is stir-fried, the lettuce will become soft. Then add salt, sesame oil and chicken essence for seasoning. After mixing well, it is ready to be served.

Garlic Lettuce

1. Ingredients: 500 grams of lettuce, one or two cloves of garlic, a small amount of chopped green onion, and appropriate amounts of salt, light soy sauce and sesame oil.

2. Wash the lettuce and cut it into the shape you like. Peel the garlic and make minced garlic for later use.

3. Put oil in the pot, heat it, then put the minced garlic into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, then add chopped green onion and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

4. Put the processed lettuce into the pan and stir-fry over high heat. After a minute or two, the lettuce will become soft. Add salt and sesame oil to season, mix well, and serve.
