1. Large-scale straw mushrooms

Large-sized straw mushrooms are an important type of straw mushroom. They are relatively large, with thick and tough caps that are not easy to open when growing. Most of these straw mushrooms are round mushrooms, suitable for making dried mushrooms or canned products, and can also be eaten fresh. Large-sized straw mushrooms usually produce fruiting bodies about ten days after sowing. It takes a week for the fruiting bodies to develop. The fruiting bodies are gray after they grow up.

2. Medium-sized straw mushrooms

The medium-sized straw mushroom has a medium head and a moderately thick covering. It will usually sprout five to ten days after sowing. Its appearance is light gray when grown and it has strong resistance to adversity. The yield is also relatively high when cultivated artificially. The medium-sized straw mushroom can be processed into canned food or eaten fresh, but its taste is relatively light.

3. Small-sized straw mushrooms

Small-sized straw mushrooms are the smallest species of straw mushrooms. They have a very thin cap and are easy to open. They also have a short growth period. They can produce mushrooms five or six days after sowing, and it only takes five or six days for the fruiting bodies to develop. The yield of small-sized straw mushrooms is also relatively high, and they have strong adaptability to the environment and are relatively cold-resistant. This small-sized straw mushroom is small in size and is not suitable for being made into dried products. It is only suitable for people to eat fresh.
