1. Cook porridge

Cooking porridge is one of the common ways to eat dried ginseng fruit. To cook porridge with it, you need to soak the dried ginseng fruit in clean water for 1 to 2 hours in advance, then wash it with clean water, and then prepare an appropriate amount of lily, lotus seeds and wolfberry, and also prepare some red dates and raisins in appropriate amounts. Boiling dried ginseng fruit in sugar water is also one of its common ways to eat it. You can usually soak the dried ginseng fruit in clean water to soften it, and soak the white fungus in warm water in advance. After soaking, take it out and divide it into small pieces. Then prepare a few longans, lotus seeds and lilies. Put all the ingredients into the pot together, add rock sugar and clean water, bring to a boil, and cook for another fifteen minutes. Turn off the heat, take out and cool it down before eating.

3. Stewed Chicken

Dried ginseng fruit can also be used to stew chicken. The stewing method is the same as when making black chicken soup. After putting the black chicken into the pot, put the dried ginseng fruit, ginger and scallion segments directly into it, then add water and heat it until cooked.

4. Make tea

There is another relatively simple way to eat dried ginseng fruit. You can wash it, cut it into small pieces, put it in a cup, put two pieces of rock sugar in it, and then take boiling water to brew it directly. Cover the cup and simmer for five minutes, then open it to cool down. When the temperature is suitable, you can drink it directly instead of tea.
