Pregnant women are a special group of people in life. They need to absorb a lot of nutrients and like to eat a variety of foods, but they have high requirements for food safety. Therefore, when feeding pregnant women, it is necessary to understand the principle of food incompatibility in advance. Otherwise, improper consumption will be extremely detrimental to the safety of the mother and fetus. 1. Onion, spinach and tofu

In daily life, onions, spinach and tofu are ingredients that pregnant women often eat. However, everyone should pay attention that onions and spinach cannot be eaten with tofu, because onions and spinach contain a lot of oxalic acid. When they meet the calcium in tofu, they will produce calcium oxalate, which is not conducive to the absorption of pregnant women and can easily cause urinary stones in pregnant women.

2. Tomatoes and cucumbers are incompatible

Tomatoes and cucumbers are two foods that counteract each other. Pregnant women should not eat them at the same time. Tomatoes contain a large amount of vitamin C, while cucumbers contain some unique decomposition enzymes. Eating them at the same time will cause the vitamin C in tomatoes to decompose, which is not conducive to the absorption of vitamin C by pregnant women. Frequent consumption of them will cause pregnant women to suffer from vitamin C deficiency.

3. Cucumbers and flowers are mutually beneficial and incompatible

Cucumbers and peanuts are also incompatible foods for pregnant women, because cucumbers are cold foods, while peanuts contain a lot of fat. When cold foods meet fat, they will cause some adverse reactions in the body and easily cause diarrhea.

4. Bananas and potatoes

Bananas and potatoes are also two incompatible foods for pregnant women. Pregnant women are prone to pregnancy spots. Eating bananas and potatoes at the same time will aggravate the symptoms, and the spots on the face will be difficult to remove.
