How to make lentil stewed noodles

Pick the lentils into small pieces about 3CM in size, wash and set aside.

Cut the meat into small pieces about 3cm long, add appropriate amount of tenderizer and cooking wine and marinate for later use.

Chop the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Cut the noodles into 15cm segments (so that they are not easily tangled).

Add 2 tablespoons of soybean sauce, 2 tablespoons of salad oil, a little MSG, a little chicken stock, and 1 cup of water into a large bowl, mix well and set aside.

Heat the pan and pour in a proper amount of salad oil. When the oil is hot, add the scallion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the chopped meat and stir-fry until the meat completely changes color. Pour in a proper amount of soybean sauce, add 2 small cloves of star anise, and add the washed lentils and stir-fry evenly.

Spread the noodles evenly on the lentils (turn down the heat appropriately at this time), pour the prepared soy sauce evenly on the noodles, and cover the pot with a lid. Turn up the heat until the water boils, then turn down the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the water in the pot to avoid sticking the pot.

Add garlic and simmer for 5 minutes. When the sauce thickens, use two pairs of chopsticks to mix the noodles and lentils, then turn off the heat.
