Method: Cut the tea tree mushrooms and cowpeas into sections and blanch them in boiling water until cooked. Chop the garlic and green pepper into small pieces, add the tea tree mushrooms and cowpeas that have been blanched in water to a plate, mix well and serve.

2. Braised Pork Ribs with Tea Tree Mushroom

Main ingredients: 500g pork ribs (large ribs) Accessories: 100g mushroom

Seasoning: 15 grams of ginger, 15 grams of garlic (white skin), 2 grams of peppercorns, 2 grams of white sugar, 15 grams of light soy sauce, 2 grams of chili (red, pointed, dry), 15 grams of cooking wine, and 50 grams of clay pot sauce.

Method: 1. Put the ribs into the boiling water and blanch them; 2. Heat the oil and fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant; 3. Add some peppercorns and dried chilies; 4. Accessories: 50g pork ribs (streaky pork)

Seasoning: 50g vegetable oil, 2g salt, 1g MSG, 1g chicken powder, 1g sugar, 5g bean paste, 5g chili bean paste, 1g pepper, 30g chili (red, pointed, dry), 10g green onion, 5g chili oil, 1g sesame oil

Preparation: 1. Cut the stems of the tea tree mushrooms into 4 cm long segments, and fry them in a pan to dry out the moisture; 2. Dice the pork belly; 3. Dice the dried pepper and green onion; 4. Chop the bean paste; 5. Place the pan on high heat, add vegetable oil, add the pork belly shreds and stir-fry until fragrant; 6. Add the bean paste, hot sauce, and dried pepper segments and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the tea tree mushrooms and stir-fry slightly; 7. Then pour in the fresh soup, add salt, MSG, chicken powder, and sugar, and simmer over low heat until the flavors are absorbed; 8. When the soup is almost dry, pour in the red oil and sesame oil, remove from the pan and put into a dry pan, sprinkle with pepper and green onion segments.

4. Tea Tree Mushroom Pork Rib Soup

Method: 1. About 200 grams of small ribs, wash the tea tree mushrooms, flatten a piece of ginger, 10 seedless dates, and 1 candied date; 2. Put the ribs, tea tree mushrooms, and ginger into a soup pot and add water (the water exceeds the raw materials by 1 times) and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, then turn to low heat, add the dates and cook for another 40 minutes, then add salt to taste.

This soup can cleanse the intestines and is very healthy.
