How to pickle red peppers

1. When pickling red peppers, you must choose those slender red peppers, and you must choose carefully when purchasing. Choose those that are firm and thick. Do not choose those soft red peppers. After purchasing the red peppers, soak them in clean water for twenty minutes, and then wash them with clean water.

2. Dry the surface moisture of the washed red peppers. If you feel that they dry too slowly, you can use a clean towel to wipe the moisture off the surface. Don't be afraid of trouble and don't pickle them with water.

3. Put the peppers in a bowl, add salt and marinate them. After two days of marination, pour out the water. Then put sugar and white vinegar together and boil them. After cooling, pour them into the red peppers. Peel the garlic, cut it into slices and put them into the red peppers.

4. Pour in white wine and mix well, then put them together in a sealable container and marinate. After fifteen days, the red peppers will be marinated. After opening, you can smell a strong sour and fragrant smell. Take it out and taste it. The spiciness of the peppers has faded and the taste is slightly sour, sweet and spicy, which is really tempting.
