Prepare one cup of millet, three green vegetables, 50 grams of beef, 30 grams of mushrooms, and seasonings including salad oil, salt, green onions, and water.

2. How to make beef, carrot and millet porridge

Step 1: Wash the millet, add some oil and salt to it, stir well and pour into the casserole.

Step 2: Put enough water in the casserole. If you want thick porridge, put less water.

Step 3: Cover the casserole, bring the porridge to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and continue cooking for half an hour.

Step 4: While cooking porridge, soak the mushrooms in warm water.
