3. Put the pickled red radish in a bowl, add sugar and white vinegar and mix well. Marinate in the refrigerator for three to five days. The red radish will then be flavored and taste sweet and sour, which is refreshing and delicious.

1. You can pickle and eat carrots at any time. When pickling, prepare appropriate amounts of small red carrots and garlic, some vinegar and sugar, as well as appropriate amounts of sesame oil, chicken essence and other seasonings.

2. Wash the small red radish with clean water, cut off its two ends with a knife, and then tap the carrot with a knife until it is loose, but not broken.

3. Peel the garlic and make it into garlic paste, add vinegar, sugar and sesame oil, and finally put in chicken essence and mix well.
