100 grams of pumpkin, 50 grams of rice, 20 longans, and appropriate amounts of black rice, wolfberry, brown rice and other ingredients will be enough.

Pumpkin and longan porridge production steps

1. Remove the skin and pulp of the pumpkin, cut into even pieces and set aside. Remove the skin and core of the longan and set aside.

2. Wash rice, black rice, etc. with clean water, then put them in the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water, plug in the power and start cooking. After it boils, turn to medium or low heat and slowly cook it into porridge.

3. When the rice and black rice porridge in the pot are almost cooked, put the chopped pumpkin pieces into the pot and continue cooking. After cooking for about fifteen minutes, you can add the processed longan and wolfberry.
