1 sea bass (about 500g), 1 asparagus, 80g rice, 1g salt, 2 teaspoons (10ml) oil

How to make fish paste porridge

Wash the rice, put it in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, and cook it into porridge. Cut off the hard part of the asparagus root, put it in boiling water and blanch it for 1 minute, take it out, drain the water, and cut it into fine pieces.

Remove the scales and internal organs of the sea bass, clean it, and steam it over high heat for 10 minutes until cooked.

Remove the sea bass, discard the skin and bones, and save the fish meat for later use.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over low heat until it is 60% hot, add the prepared fish meat, stir-fry for 10 minutes, add salt to taste, and the fish floss is ready.

Pour the cooked rice porridge into a small bowl and add the fried fish floss and chopped asparagus.

3. In summer, you can let your baby eat more fruits and vegetables to supplement their vitamins, because babies need a lot of vitamins for growth and development. But you should be careful not to let your baby eat too much with cold dishes.
