2. Remove the skin of the prepared lettuce, wash it, then cut it into strips as thick as fingers and place it in a bowl.

3. Put the prepared soybean paste in another bowl, add the prepared white sugar, and then add appropriate amount of cold boiled water. Then mix it evenly with chopsticks and pour it directly into the cut lettuce strips. Marinate for fifteen minutes and then take it out and eat.

1. When pickling lettuce, you can prepare two fresh lettuces, appropriate amounts of soy sauce and peanut oil, and a small amount of table salt.

2. Remove the skin of fresh lettuce, cut it into round slices, and place it in the sun to dry. After two days, place it in a basin, add salt and marinate it. Put a heavy object on it to squeeze out the moisture in the lettuce.

3. Put the drained lettuce slices in a bowl, add the prepared soy sauce and peanut oil, mix well and it is ready to eat. You can also put the pickled lettuce slices in a plastic bag and freeze them. You can take them out and pickle them at any time when you want to eat them. This way the pickled lettuce will taste fresher.
