How to make mushroom chicken ball porridge

1. Soak the mushrooms in cold water until soft, remove the stems and pour out the water. Use 1 teaspoon of cornstarch to wash them, pour out the cornstarch and dirt dissolved in the water, squeeze the mushrooms dry, take out and slice them, and mix with a little salad oil for later use.

2. Remove the bones from the chicken legs, cut the chicken into pieces, mix with a little salt and cornstarch and set aside.

3. Take a deep pot, pour in 8 cups of Cantonese porridge base and bring to a boil over low heat, add the mushrooms from step 1 and the chicken from step 2, continue cooking for 15 minutes, then add all the seasonings and mix well.
