Lettuce, also known as romaine lettuce, is a crisp and delicious green vegetable. This vegetable often appears as a supporting role in dishes. In fact, lettuce itself has very high nutritional value and is the first choice for weight loss and health care.

Does lettuce have high nutritional value?

1. Lettuce can be washed and eaten raw directly, so its nutritional value will be higher. Many times we choose to cook it, but we actually lose the nutrients in the lettuce.
