After preparing the shredded pork, marinate it with seasonings for half an hour in advance, then put oil in the pot, put the shredded pork in and stir-fry until it changes color, then add the chopped ginger and garlic and stir-fry, finally add the shredded green pepper and tofu skin, stir well, add salt and dark soy sauce to season, and finally add chicken essence, stir well, then remove from the pot and serve.
