How to make Luohan porridge

1. Soak the mushrooms in cold water until soft, remove the stems and pour out the water. Use 1 teaspoon of cornstarch to wash them, pour out the cornstarch and dirt dissolved in the water, squeeze the mushrooms dry, take out and slice them, then mix with a little salad oil and set aside.

2. Wash the carrots and cut into cubes; wash the bamboo shoots, cut into coarse cubes, and blanch them in boiling water; wash the white fungus, black fungus, and straw mushrooms, blanch them in boiling water, and set aside.
