Ingredients for fish porridge

3 raw mackerel (300g), 2.5 cups rice, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 15 cups water, salt

How to make fish porridge

(1) Soak the rice for about 2 hours after washing it, and then remove it from the water in a basket.

(2) Clean the raw mackerel with a brush and cut into thin slices.

(3) In a thick pot, add sesame oil and fry the anchovies. Add the soaked rice and fry until transparent. Add water and cook over medium heat.

(4) Cook the rice until it becomes fluffy and season with salt.
