Ingredients: 50g black rice, 100g glutinous rice

How to make red dates glutinous rice porridge

1. Wash glutinous rice and black rice separately, soak them in cold water for 3 hours, remove them and drain;

2. Wrap the corydalis in a small cloth bag;

3. Wash the angelica and red dates with cold water;

4. Add about 1500 ml of cold water to the pot, put in black rice, glutinous rice, angelica, and a small cloth bag of Yuanhu, and bring to a boil over high heat;

5. Cook over low heat for about half an hour, add red dates, and continue to cook for 15 minutes;

6. Add rock sugar into the pot for seasoning, simmer for a while, then serve.
