How to make sweet pumpkin porridge

1. Wash the pumpkin, peel it and cut it into small pieces.

2. Put the rice in a small pot and wash it, then add 400ml of water. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat, stir it gently with a spoon to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot, then turn to low heat and continue cooking for 20 minutes.

3. Put the chopped pumpkin into the porridge pot and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
