50g butter, 50g rice, 20g sugar, 900cc milk, a pinch of nutmeg powder, 1/2 lemon peel

1.) Prepare a baking pan and apply a layer of butter around the baking pan.

2.) Wash the rice and drain. Cut the butter into small cubes and set aside.

3.) Place rice, butter, sugar, milk and lemon zest in a baking pan and sprinkle with nutmeg powder.

4.) Preheat the oven to 150℃, put the baking dish in and bake for 40 minutes, then mix well with a spoon and bake for another 2 hours before serving.

1. Do not add sugar when boiling milk. Add sugar only after it is cooked and removed from the heat. Do not boil the milk or cook it for too long, otherwise it will destroy the nutrients and affect human absorption. The scientific method is to boil the milk over high heat, remove it from the heat immediately when the milk is about to boil, and then heat it again. Repeat this 3 to 4 times, which can not only maintain the nutrients in the milk, but also effectively kill the bacteria in the milk.

2. Milk and honey are a very good combination, and can also treat anemia and relieve dysmenorrhea;

3. Soak the fish in milk for a while before frying, which can remove the fishy smell and enhance the taste; when cooking frozen fish, add some milk to the soup to make the fish taste fresher;

4. Pure milk for babies needs to be diluted appropriately;

5. Bag milk should not be soaked in hot water for a long time, as this will destroy the nutrients in the milk; and under high temperature, some chemical components in the plastic bag will easily decompose and produce substances that are harmful to the human body.
