Fresh hawthorn fruit is used to make jam, which tastes especially good. When making jam with it, you need to prepare 2 kilograms of fresh hawthorn shells and 500 grams of rock sugar. Wash the prepared fresh hawthorn fruit, remove the core, cut it into pieces, put it directly in a food processor, and grind it into its original shape. After taking it out, add the prepared rock sugar, mix well and marinate for a few hours. After the rock sugar is completely melted, simmer it over low heat after boiling. Turn off the heat after it becomes a red sauce.

After washing it, use a sharp knife to dig out the middle of the shell, then put it in a clean pot, add appropriate amount of rock sugar and water, heat it to a boil, and cook it for about half an hour until the hawthorn is soft and cooked, turn off the heat and take it out, and you can eat it after it cools down.

Clean the fresh hawthorn, dig out the core, put a small amount of cooking oil in a wok, and then put the white sugar into the pot to melt. After the white sugar is completely melted, put the cleaned hawthorn pulp into the white sugar and quickly stir-fry it into balls.
