Steps for stir-fried cabbage with vermicelli

1. Soak the mushrooms and cut them into rice along with small red peppers and garlic.

2. Soak the Longkou vermicelli in warm water.

3. Wash the cabbage, remove the thick stems and cut into shreds.

4. Heat oil in a pan. When it is 80% hot, pour in chopped mushrooms, red peppers, and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add shredded cabbage and salt and continue to stir-fry until the cabbage is 70% cooked.

6. Add vermicelli and stir-fry together.

7. Pour in light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, then serve.

1. Friends who like to eat meat can also put some minced meat in it.

2. Add some bone soup (if there is no soup, just add water) when frying the vermicelli, so that it won’t be too dry.
