They are made of the fine variety "Luohan Dates" and refined through more than ten processes. Folk Stories about Candied Dates

Since then, candied dates have gradually become a good product for people to give to relatives and friends and to eat while traveling.

Candied dates recipes

1. Carrot and candied dates water

Ingredients: 20g carrot, 2 candied dates

practice:

Peel the carrots, wash and slice them; wash the candied dates. Put the water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the candied dates and carrots and bring them to a boil. Then simmer for another hour on low heat. Remove the residue and eat.

2. Candied Dates, Taro Bamboo Shoots, Tremella and Corn Soup

raw material:

Ingredients: 320g bamboo shoots, 10g millet, 20g candied dates, 20g fungus (soaked in water)

Accessories: 5g tangerine peel

Seasoning: 3 grams of ginger, 3 grams of salt

practice:

1. Soak tangerine peel until soft, remove the pulp and wash. Wash candied dates. Wash corn, remove the flesh and keep the core. Peel and wash bamboo shoots, then cut into thick pieces. Soak white fungus (wood ear) until it is big, wash, boil for 5 minutes, remove from the water and drain. Then sauté ginger in oil, add white fungus and stir-fry for a few times before scooping up.

2. Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil, then add all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 hours on low heat. Remove the corn core and season with salt.

3. Candied Date and Hemp Chicken

Ingredients: 1 old hen, 30g hemp root, 10g candied dates, 10g ginger, 10g green onion

practice:

1. Wash the old hen inside and out, wash the hemp roots, peel and slice the ginger, and bundle the green onions.

2. Boil water in a pot, put in the old hen, cook over medium heat to remove the blood, then pick up and wash.

3. Put the chicken into the pot, add hemp root, candied dates, Shaoxing wine, ginger, green onion, and clear soup. Cook over low heat for 2 hours until the chicken is tender. Then add salt, chicken essence, and pepper powder. Cook for another 5 minutes and remove the green onion before serving.
