How to make abalone with mushrooms

Stir-fried Pork with King Oyster Mushroom

1. Slice the king oyster mushrooms, shred the green onion and ginger, and slice the garlic

2. Cut lean meat into thin slices and green pepper into slices

3. Add a little oil to the pan, add the king oyster mushroom slices and fry until both sides are slightly yellow, then set aside.

4. Heat a little oil in another wok, fry the meat for about 5 minutes, add the Pixian bean paste and stir well.

5. Add onion, ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant

6. Add fried king oyster mushroom slices, a little soy sauce, cooking wine and a small spoonful of water and stir-fry for a while

7. Add green pepper and fry until cooked.

King Oyster Mushroom with Oyster Sauce

1. Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut them into dices. Wash the green and red peppers and cut them into small pieces. Crush the garlic.

2. Heat the pan and add oil. Add the chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry.

3. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the king oyster mushrooms shrink and the color becomes slightly darker.

4. Pour in Haitian oyster sauce

5. Add the green and red pepper pieces and stir-fry for another minute

6. After turning off the heat, pour in Haitian 365 high-quality soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and serve.
