How to brew ground coffee powder? How to brew ground coffee powder?

Coffee has now penetrated into people's lives and has become a refreshing drink that people drink every day. However, it is troublesome to grind coffee beans every day. Some people want to use ground coffee powder to make coffee directly, but how should this be done? I will write down the method and steps of brewing coffee powder and tell you in a while.

How to brew ground coffee

1. The ground coffee powder does not need to be boiled, but can be brewed directly with boiling water. When brewing coffee powder, you need to prepare a funnel, then put a piece of filter paper in the funnel, and then put the prepared coffee powder directly on the filter paper.

2. Prepare good quality purified water and heat it on the fire. After it boils, when the temperature drops to about 96 degrees, pour it directly into the funnel. When pouring it in for the first time, add a small amount of water to wet the coffee powder and then pour water directly into it. The brewed coffee will be directly injected into the coffee cup below through the filter paper and funnel.

How to brew coffee powder

1. When brewing coffee powder, you can use a flannel filter. It is said that the coffee brewed with this filter is fragrant and delicious, with an attractive taste. Before brewing, you should first inject boiling water to allow the coffee powder to expand, and then put it into the filter.

2. Place the flannel filter on the upper layer of the coffee cup, and then slowly pour boiled water into the filter. This is the coffee formed when the coffee powder meets water, which will slowly flow through the filter into the coffee cup below. You can remove the filter only after a cup of coffee is filled.

3. The coffee made with coffee powder can be drunk directly, or you can add an appropriate amount of sugar and milk and season it before drinking. It has a particularly mellow taste, delicate and smooth texture, and is not worse than freshly ground coffee.

4. When brewing coffee with coffee powder, you must control the ratio of coffee powder to water. If the amount of coffee powder is too much or too little, the brewed coffee will taste too bitter or lack aroma. Under normal circumstances, 15 grams of coffee powder is needed to brew a 150 ml cup of coffee.
