Cherry Jam

1. In addition to eating cherries directly, you can also make delicious jams. When making cherry jam, you need to prepare one kilogram of fresh cherries, one hundred grams of rock sugar, and one lemon.

2. Wash the prepared fresh cherries with clean water, soak them in clean water for half an hour, cut the washed cherries in half with a fruit knife, and remove the pits. Put the obtained cherry pulp in a clean bowl, add the prepared rock sugar, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

3. Wash the prepared lemons, fry out the lemon juice, set aside the pickled lemons, take them out and pour them into a stainless steel pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then cook over medium heat for ten minutes. During the cooking process, remove all the floating foam, then add the lemon juice, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until the cherry pulp in the pot becomes a thick sauce, then turn off the heat. After cooling down, it will be homemade cherry jam.

Cherry wine

1. Making fruit wine with cherries is also the most common way to consume it. When making it, you need to prepare 500 grams of fresh cherries, 500 grams of white wine, half a lemon, and 50 grams of rock sugar.

2. Wash all the prepared lemons and cherries, remove the surface moisture, cut the lemon into slices, mix the cherries and rock sugar together, put them in a clean glass bottle, add the cut lemon slices, then pour in the white wine, shake it vigorously, seal the bottle mouth, and place it in a warm environment for natural fermentation. After about 60 days, the cherry wine inside will be fermented.
