1. Wash the prepared blueberries with clean water, drain the moisture on the surface, put them in a bowl, add the prepared white sugar and mix well, then marinate. During the marinating process, you can use a shovel to crush all the blueberries in the bowl, so that they can better absorb the white sugar.

2. Sterilize the prepared glass bottle with boiling water at high temperature. After sterilization, dry all the water inside. Wet the surface of the prepared lemon with clean water, apply an appropriate amount of table salt, rub it vigorously for a while, then wash it with clean water, cut it and take out the lemon juice.

3. After pickling, the blueberries can be put into a food processor and blended into a puree. Take them out and put them into a pot. Add the prepared lemon juice. Stir well and turn on the fire to cook. If you don't turn on the fire, turn down the heat and simmer slowly over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes. After the blueberry pulp in the pot becomes a transparent and thick paste, you can turn off the heat.

4. Take out the blueberry jam from the pot after it cools down, put it into a clean glass bottle, seal the bottle mouth and store it directly in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, use a clean, water-free and oil-free spoon to take out an appropriate amount and eat it directly.
