Oyster mushroom (scientific name: Pleurotus ostreatus; also known as pleurotus ostreatus, rough-skinned pleurotus, oyster mushroom, black peony mushroom, and pleurotus geesteranus in Taiwan) is a species of Pleurotus ostreatus in the order Agaricales under the phylum Basidiomycetes. It is a very common gray edible mushroom.

Stir-fried Mushrooms with Pork

1. Cut off the roots of the oyster mushrooms and divide them into small pieces

2. Rinse and drain, tear open the large pieces
