Material

When you make pasta sauce at home, you need to prepare 500 grams of tomatoes, 20 grams of onions, appropriate amounts of pepper and sea salt, two or three cloves of garlic, and some basil and oregano leaves.

Steps

1. Wash the prepared tomatoes with clean water, remove the stems, peel all the skins, chop them into small pieces, grind the onions into small pieces, peel the garlic and chop it into minced garlic for later use.

2. Heat the wok and dry it, then add an appropriate amount of olive oil, add the ground onion and minced garlic and stir-fry. After fragrant, add the prepared pepper powder.

3. After you smell the aroma of pepper, add the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry quickly with a spatula. Then add the basil leaves and oregano leaves and stir-fry together. Finally, add an appropriate amount of table salt. When the sauce in the pot becomes thick, turn off the heat directly. The pasta sauce is now successfully fried.

Other approaches

When making pasta sauce at home, you can also add an appropriate amount of lean minced meat. You need to prepare 20 grams of onion, two tomatoes, and 100 grams of minced meat. Marinate the prepared minced meat with cooking wine and light soy sauce for 15 minutes, then cut all the other ingredients into fine pieces. After adding oil to the pot, stir-fry the minced meat, then add chopped green onion and ginger, and then add chopped onion to stir-fry the aroma. Finally, add tomatoes and stir-fry quickly, add salt to taste, and turn off the heat after the materials in the pot become a thick sauce. The pasta sauce made in this way has a light meaty aroma and tastes good.
