2. Remove the leaves and old stems of the prepared water celery, cut it into segments, and blanch it in boiling water. Add a small amount of cooking oil during blanching to ensure that the water celery remains green.

3. After braising the water celery, take it out and drain the water. Put oil in a wok and fry the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Then add the water celery and stir-fry quickly for two minutes. Add salt and MSG to season. After mixing well, serve directly out of the wok. The green and tender water celery is ready to be eaten.
