1. In addition to being eaten fresh, rambutan can also be used to cook porridge. When cooking, you can prepare five rambutans, 50 grams of glutinous millet, a piece of fresh yam, and ten red dates.

2. Wash the glutinous millet with clean water, put it into the pan and stir-fry for 15 minutes. Peel the yam and cut it into cubes. Remove the cores of the red dates, and peel and seed the rambutan for later use.

3. Put all the processed ingredients into the pot, add water and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. After turning off the heat, simmer for a while, then take out and serve in a bowl.

Rambutan Motherwort Tea

1. Rambutan and motherwort tea is also delicious, and it has a good regulating effect on women's irregular menstruation. Usually, you need five rambutans, 20 grams of dried motherwort, and ten red dates to make it.
