Rambutan and motherwort tea is also delicious, and it has a good regulating effect on women's irregular menstruation. Usually, you need five rambutans, 20 grams of dried motherwort, and ten red dates to make it. 2. After cleaning the motherwort, remove the water, cut the red dates in the middle, remove the core, and cut into small pieces. Also remove the shell and seeds of the rambutan. 3. Put motherwort and red dates into a pot together with water and boil. After boiling, turn down the heat and simmer slowly for twenty minutes. Then filter out the residue. The resulting liquid is the homemade rambutan motherwort tea, which can be drunk directly while hot. |
