If you want to get a high yield of Flammulina velutipes, you must work hard on management. So today I will tell you how to get a high yield of Flammulina velutipes: 1. Material selection and ingredients:Choose 100 kg of fresh, dry, mildew-free, non-caking, and pest-free cottonseed husks, which should be exposed to the sun for 2 days before use, 1 kg of sugar, 1 kg of slaked lime, 1 kg of wheat bran, and 150 kg of water. Mix the above culture medium, add water and stir evenly, then let it sit for half an hour before sowing. The tools used must be rinsed clean, and tools that have been used to hold soy sauce or vinegar should not be used. High yield of Flammulina velutipes 2. Fine sowing of Flammulina velutipes:Before sowing, select high-quality fungi and break them into small pieces. Sow in three layers, with 1/5 of the fungi used in the lowest and middle layers, and 3/5 of the fungi used in the top layer. When sowing, make deep holes first, with a depth of 6 cm in the bottom layer and 3 cm in the middle layer, with a hole distance of 20-30 cm. Sow the fungi and cover the culture medium, so that the culture medium is high in the middle and low around, forming a turtle back shape, and then cover the surface of the material with plastic film. 3. Scientific Management of Flammulina velutipes1. Management during the mycelium growth stage. If there are some places where the fungus has not sprouted within 10 days after sowing, lime water can be sprinkled to promote sprouting. After sowing, straw curtains can be added on the greenhouse or the sunbed to keep warm. Under the condition of 7-10℃, the mycelium will cover the entire bed surface in about 15 days, and the mycelium will penetrate about 5 cm below the surface of the material in about 30 days. The film can be removed for ventilation and bud stimulating in 40 days. At this time, a high humidity environment of more than 80% should be maintained. The film should be removed for ventilation for 10 minutes every day to promote the change of the mushroom bed from grayish white to snow white. When the mushroom bed is snow-white with a large number of amber droplets, bud stimulating should be carried out immediately. The method is to raise the mulch film on the culture material by 10-20 cm, so that the air humidity reaches more than 80%, and ventilate 2-3 times a day for 20 minutes each time. This will be carried out for a week continuously to produce a large number of mushroom buds. Before fruiting, the mushroom bed should be kept moist, but there should be no stagnant water to avoid water rotting. The temperature should be controlled at 10-12℃ and avoid direct sunlight. 2. Management after mushroom production. When the enoki mushrooms grow to 1-2 cm, remove the ground film on the surface of the material, keep the humidity above 90%, and ventilate the greenhouse 1-2 times a day, 20 minutes each time. The carbon dioxide concentration in the greenhouse is reduced to below 0.114%. In the middle period, a layer of gauze is placed on the cultivation bed. Watering can be sprayed on the gauze to avoid water erosion of the young mushrooms, while avoiding direct sunlight to accelerate the growth of the young mushrooms. The temperature should be maintained at 5-8℃ during this period. 4. Timely harvest: When the mushroom stalks are long but not open and the color is light milky white, they can be harvested. When harvesting, press the mushroom bed with one hand and gently hold the mushroom cluster with the other hand to pick it from the root. After harvesting, clean the bed surface, spray water and cover with film. Spray water for several days to wait for the next batch of mushrooms to grow. 5. Returning the husk to the field: The husk after the cultivation of Flammulina velutipes contains high levels of organic matter and nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Returning the husk to the field can reduce the amount of chemical fertilizers used in vegetable cultivation, increase the content of soil organic matter, and improve vegetable yield and quality. After the cultivation of Flammulina velutipes is completed, pour the husk out of the bag, break it up, and evenly spread it on the soil surface. Mix the husk with the topsoil by plowing, and then prepare the field for the next crop of vegetable cultivation. |
