How to make celery juice for your baby

Celery is a nutritious vegetable. After the baby grows up and can add complementary foods, many parents want to feed the baby some celery, so celery juice becomes the most ideal choice. However, some parents always make celery juice for their babies according to the needs of adults. In fact, this is wrong. I will tell you how to make such celery juice.

1. Method 1

Babies have weak stomachs and cannot drink fresh celery juice directly. When you make celery juice for your baby at home, you can remove the leaves of fresh celery and use a baby food processor to grind the celery stalks to get the juice. Then put the juice in a small pot and heat it to a boil. After it cools down, add a few grains of salt and then you can give it to your baby.

2. Method 2

When making celery juice for your baby at home, you can also wash the celery and cut it into small pieces, then put it in a bowl and put it in a steamer to steam it. It will be cooked after more than ten minutes. Take it out and press it with a spoon to get the celery juice out. Add a small amount of sugar or salt and when the temperature is right, you can give it to your baby.

3. Make apple and celery juice for your baby

You can also make apple and celery juice for your baby at home. Take a fresh celery and half an apple, cut them into small pieces, and squeeze the juice directly with a juicer. If the baby is over three years old, you can drink fresh apple and celery juice directly. If the baby is younger, you need to add an appropriate amount of warm water to dilute it before letting the baby drink it.
