Qingpi is also known as four-flowered qingpi, individual qingpi, and qingpizi. It is mainly distributed in Sichuan, Hunan, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, etc. in China. Qingpi is a flat spherical fruit with orange-yellow or light reddish yellow color. The peel is loose and the flesh is easy to separate. It is one of the famous fruits in China. The efficacy and function of Qingpi

1. Qingpi is mainly used to treat distension and pain caused by liver depression and qi stagnation; breast distension and pain; breast nodule; mastitis; hernia pain; stomach distension and pain caused by food accumulation and qi stagnation; and symptoms caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis.

2. Use one liang of Qingpi to burn and preserve its properties, grind into powder. Take one qian with warm wine before the onset of disease, and take it again when necessary, which can treat malaria fever and chills.

3. Take 4 grams of green peel, 1.5 cups of water, boil it into 1 cup, take it slowly, once a day, or take it with wine. It can effectively treat long-term depression, nodules in the breast as big as fingers, etc.

4. Grind the whole peel of the four-flowered green herb into powder and take two cents each time with white soup. It can effectively treat hiccups caused by typhoid fever.

5. Take 8 liang of green tangerine peel (fried with vinegar), 2 liang of fenugreek, 1 liang each of angelica, chuanxiong, and fennel (washed and fried with wine). Grind into powder, take 3 qian every morning, mixed with white soup, which can effectively treat hernia and painful urination.
