1 cucumber

1 pear 1 golden cake (also called hawthorn cake) 1/4 teaspoon salt (salt) 1 tablespoon honey (15ml)

How to make cantaloupe

1) Wash the cucumber and cut into thin strips, peel the pear and cut into thin strips, and cut the golden cake into thin strips. Put the cucumber and pear strips into a large bowl, add salt and honey, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 20 minutes.

2) Place on a plate and sprinkle with golden cake shreds.

Precautions

Cantaloupe is delicious, but it is not available in winter. But you know what? Put shredded pear and cucumber together, add seasoning and marinate for a while, the fusion of these two flavors will eventually produce a fragrance that is very similar to cantaloupe. Originally, the cucumber should be peeled, but I think it will look better if it is a little green.
