A larger glass bottle or stainless steel container. If you don't have one, you can use a large Coke bottle instead, but don't use iron. A pair of long chopsticks, a funnel, and a household juicer. Also prepare a piece of fine gauze.

Ingredients and proportions for making mulberry wine

Choose ripe mulberries, preferably those with a darker color, one part, and one and a half parts of purified water, which must be cold water, not boiled water. Prepare about half a part of white sugar, which can be adjusted according to your taste. Wine cake is also an important raw material, which can be added according to the weight of mulberries, and two grams of wine cake can be added for every 500 grams of mulberries.

The production process of mulberry wine

1. Wash the mulberries with water, put them into a juicer to make juice, take them out, add water and sugar in proportion, and then put them into a spare container.

2. Put these ingredients into a container and mix them evenly with long chopsticks. Place it in an environment of 23 to 28 degrees. It will start to ferment after one day. Stir twice a day during the fermentation process and expel the gas.

3. After three days, it is necessary to filter and remove the pulp residue, and then continue fermentation. After a week, the fermentation will reach its most serious stage and a large amount of gas will be produced. The gas must be released in time.

4. After about ten days, filter again to remove the wine mud, put the wine in the bottle and seal it. Don't fill the bottle too full to avoid bursting the bottle. After storing the wine for more than three months, the homemade mulberry wine can be taken out and consumed.
