1. How to make Sichuan chili oil

Step 1: Prepare 100 grams of dried chili peppers, 20 grams of peppercorns, 4 slices of ginger, 2 star anises, a piece of cinnamon, and a little white sesame seeds.

Step 2: After heating the pot, pour in the dried red chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns, then heat them over low heat and turn off the heat after one minute.

Step 3: After mixing the chili powder and chili minced, season with salt and sugar, and then add sesame seeds.

Step 4: Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices, star anise and cinnamon to spice up the pan, then heat over medium heat.
