Ingredients for taro sago

When making taro and sago, you should prepare 250 grams of taro, 100 grams of sago, 50 grams of black pearls, 50 grams of rock sugar, and 50 grams of honey beans. Add appropriate amount of water.

Steps to make taro sago

1. Remove the skin of the prepared taro, wash it with clean water, and then cut it into small cubes for later use. Then prepare the candied beans, sago and appropriate amount of coconut milk.

2. Pour clean water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Then add the prepared tapioca pearls and cook them. After cooking for fifteen minutes, there will be only some white spots left in the middle of the tapioca pearls. You can turn off the heat directly at this time.

3. Cook the black pearls in the same way and simmer them in water for ten minutes before taking them out of the water. This way the pearls will be smoother.

4. Put clean water in a pot, add the chopped taro and cook until done, press into a paste, then add rock sugar and coconut milk and cook together. Finally, add candied beans and processed sago and black pearls and mix well. Take out and cool down before putting into a cup. Put in the refrigerator for two hours and then take out and eat.
