Pumpkin Chicken Rice Recipe Steps

What kind of food is good for dogs, especially in winter? Here I would like to recommend a delicious food for dogs, pumpkin chicken rice, which is very good.

Pumpkin Chicken Rice [Steps]:

1. Wash the chicken breast, remove the blood vessels and greasy fat tissue, and chop it into chicken stuffing; when chopping, cut the chicken into small pieces first, then use two knives to work together! This step will be more convenient if you have a grinder at home.

2. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces, and cook it in a pot over high heat. It is more convenient to peel it after it is cooked.

3. Take out the cooked pumpkin pieces, drain the water, put them into a container and use the back of a spoon to mash them into pumpkin puree, or put them directly into a blender and beat them into a puree.

4. Crack eggs and appropriate amount of flour into the container. The proportions can be seen in the figure below. In this step, you can also use milk or milk powder instead of eggs, the taste will be different.

5. Pour the chicken puree and pumpkin puree into a container and mix them evenly. Try to stir in one direction.

6. Stir until the mixture of pumpkin and chicken is ready. Shape the mixture into balls, flatten them, and steam them in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the pot when the chicken is cooked through.

7. Finished product display: The combination of chicken and pumpkin makes your dog eat healthy! The combination of chicken paste and flour also makes the biscuits chewy and tough. In addition to being a staple dog food, it can also be used as a reward snack, killing two birds with one stone!

8. Dish modification: In addition to using a steamer, you can also brush a layer of olive oil in the pot, fry the kneaded small cakes in olive oil until they turn golden brown.

Kind tips:

If you have puppies at home, you can fry the upper and lower skins to make them crispier, which will help to exercise their little teeth.
