Steps to make cold marinade

1. Wash the prepared Amaranth with clean water, then soak it in clean water for fifteen minutes. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil, then blanch the Amaranth for two minutes. After blanching, take it out and put it in cold water to cool down.
