How to make angelica porridge

1. Wash the angelica and put it into a casserole. Soak it in about 600 ml of warm water for 10 minutes. Boil it on the fire twice. After boiling each time, simmer it for 20 to 30 minutes. Collect 150 ml of juice in total.
