How to make aspic? Step by step tutorial

Aspic is a kind of food that solidifies collagen and fibrous substances. It can be solidified and eaten at a relatively low temperature. Aspic is full of collagen, which is very helpful for our skin. Here we introduce the method of making aspic.

Step 1: Prepare 300 grams of pork skin, a small amount of green onion, ginger, star anise, tangerine peel, bay leaves and dark soy sauce.

Step 2: Wash the pork skin, peel it, remove the fat, put it in a pot, add water and cooking wine and bring to a boil.

Step 3: Take out the pork skin, scrape off the white oil on the surface and cut into strips.

Step 4: After blanching the pork skin strips with hot water, change the water and add scallion, ginger, aniseed, tangerine peel, bay leaves, and dark soy sauce.

Step 5: After boiling over high heat, switch to low heat and slowly simmer the entire pig skin. The pig skin strips will become soft.

Step 6: Add some seasonings and cook until the soup becomes thick, turn off the heat and pour the soup into the grid.

Step 7: After cooling down, place in the refrigerator and wait for it to completely solidify.

Step 1: Wash the pig skin and pork, add them into the pot, add ginger and cooking wine and bring to a boil.

Step 2: Take out the pork and pork skin, clean them thoroughly, scrape off the hair and clean them.

Step 3: Change the water in the pot again, put in the pork and pork skin, bring to a boil over high heat and skim off the foam on the surface.

Step 4: Add bay leaves, ginger slices, green onions, tangerine peel and cooking wine, and simmer over low heat until the syrup thickens.

Step 5: Add shredded carrots and chopped coriander, stew evenly, then pour into a container and refrigerate until frozen.
