2. Wash the green beans with clean water, cut them into sections, blanch them in boiling water, wash the Chinese sausages, and cut them into slices. Chop the garlic into minced garlic and the green onions into chopped green onions.

3. After adding oil to the pan, add chopped green onion and minced garlic first, then add the sausage and stir-fry.
