Nutritional Value of Ginkgo

Ginkgo, also known as white fruit, contains a variety of different medicinal ingredients. It also has a relatively high starch content. More importantly, it is toxic and should not be eaten too much.

1. For cough and wheezing with thin sputum: 30g seed kernel, 15g crystal sugar, decoct in water until the kernel is cooked through, take with the residue, 1-2 times a day.

2. Treatment of Meniere's syndrome: 30 grams of ginkgo, add 6 grams of dried ginger for those with nausea and vomiting, grind them into fine powder, divide into 4 equal portions, take 1 portion each after meals in the morning and evening.

3. Treatment of acne: Wash your face with warm water first, then peel the ginkgo seeds, cut a flat surface with a blade, and rub the affected area frequently.
